1.- Delivery. Selection of products available in the online shop

When you make a purchase, you shall receive the package within a period of:

  • Spanish deliveries (Mainland): 1 to 6 working days. Free delivery

  • Deliveries to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: 1 to 8 working days. Free delivery.

  • Deliveries to Europe: to 1 to 8 working days. Free delivery.

  • Deliveries to the rest of the world: Ask us by writing to the following e-mail address: info@aloniabrand.com

2.- Delivery. Selection of pre-sale products

When you make a purchase, you shall receive the package within a period of 1 to 30 working days. Depending on the destination of the package, the shipping days may vary.

  • National deliveries (Spain, Mainland): Free delivery.

  • Deliveries to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (Spain): Free delivery.

  • Deliveries to Europe: Free delivery.

  • Deliveries to the rest of the world: Ask us by writing to the following e-mail address: info@aloniabrand.com

R E T U R N S

Exchanges and returns shall be accepted within the 14 working days after the receipt of the order. The article or articles may be exchanged for another size or model, as long as they are in stock, or the return of the amount paid may be requested.

The item or items obtained with a promotional code, discount code, or at a reduced price may be exchanged for another size or model if they are in stock. The items or items obtained or won in draws or contest on social networks are not eligible for return or exchange.  Gift cards are no eligible for exchange or return.

Return costs:

  • National returns (Spains, Mainland): Free delivery

  • Returns from the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Portugal: paid by the customer.

  • Returns from Europe: paid by the customer.

  • Returns from the rest of the world: paid by the customer.

Returns costs, customs, duties and other taxis will be paid by the customer.

In order to perform the return, complete the withdrawal form and send it to the address info@aloniabran.com. In National Returns, a courier shall visit your address to collect the package free of charge. Returns coming from any other place shall be the responsibility of the user, as well as paying for its cost.

*The product subject to return, which will only be processed once the full payment has been received, must be in perfect conditions, without knocks, scratches, stains, signs of use, with its original wrapping, and in the case of perishable products, no consumed.

** The refund of the amount paid will be returned to the user’s account once the team has received the package within a maximum period of 15 days forms the receipt of the withdrawal declaration.

*** The charge for additional expenses due to incidents will be billed to the user’s account.
